1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form the legal agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and phgamers ("phgamers", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the phgamers online gaming platform at phgamers.pro and all associated services.

3 Account Registration and Security

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on phgamers. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, a different name, or using another person's details — is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts without notice.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide your real name, valid Philippine mobile number, date of birth, and other required details during registration. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of balances.

3.3 KYC Verification

phgamers requires identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals. You will be asked to submit a valid government-issued Philippine ID and any other documents deemed necessary. Common accepted IDs include Philippine Passport, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, UMID, Driver's Licence, and Voter's ID. KYC verification is a standard player protection measure and is not optional.

3.4 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phgamers login credentials. All activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. 4 Deposits and Payment Methods

All deposits on phgamers are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). phgamers supports the following deposit methods for Philippine players:

• Philippine bank transfer (online and mobile banking)
• GCash (local e-wallet)
• Maya (local e-wallet)

Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as deposit or payment methods on phgamers.

Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. phgamers does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. If a deposit is received from a payment source not registered to you, phgamers reserves the right to return the funds and suspend your account pending investigation.

5 Withdrawals

Winnings credited to your phgamers PHP balance may be withdrawn to your registered Philippine bank account, GCash, or Maya. Withdrawals must be made to the same account used for deposits where possible, in line with standard anti-money laundering procedures.

The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• KYC identity verification must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed.

6 Betting Rules

All sports bets, casino wagers, and other gaming activity on phgamers are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or market in addition to these general Terms. Specific rules are displayed within each game or betting section of the platform.

6.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation from the phgamers platform. 9 Prohibited Activities

10 Account Suspension and Termination

phgamers reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a player account at its discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct.
• A player being found ineligible under Section 2 of these Terms.
• At the player's own request for account closure or self-exclusion.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, any available PHP balance will be held and reviewed. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the balance will be made available for withdrawal. If a breach is confirmed, phgamers reserves the right to forfeit the balance in whole or in part depending on the nature of the breach.
